ISLE OF LEWIS · SCOTLAND
Port of Ness
Beach break
About
The spot
Port of Ness sits right at the northern tip of the Isle of Lewis, where the sandy beach sits right in the middle of a working harbour.
Needs quite a big northern swell to wrap into the bay to produce some nice, long running mellow waves towards the southern end of the beach. It's very close to the more popular Eoropie beach - but worth a look if it's too heavy over there.
