Coldingham Bay

The spot

A very scenic spot, with a bunch of amenities right on the beach. It's quite fickle, and breaks are hard to predict due to the shifting sand banks. If the conditions line up, this can be a fun, mellow kind of spot. Personally, I've never had much luck though. Most of the time, it's too small to do much. Other times, it just ends up closing out and dumping hard right at the shore. I'd recommend heading out when it's low tide.
