Druridge Bay
Beach break
About
The spot
Druridge Bay is a sweeping seven-mile stretch of sandy beach, running from Amble down to Cresswell. It's a pretty standard beach break - so expect the usual characteristics. It quite exposed, but still uncommon to get anything very powerful in summer.
Quite informal parking for the middle of the bay, but there's also a main car park towards the southern end of the beach. This one has a height barrier though!
Seems Northside Surf School work this beach, although probably not constantly, and probably just in the area if the conditions are good.
