Two-mile-long exposed beach. It's mostly a beach-break, but the western side closest to the harbour can turn into a point break with the right swell direction coming in - comes alive when the swell has a more western source. There's also a ton of other peaks along the beach, so if the point break is too crowded, you'll always be able to find a free beach break somewhere else.
Home to the Broch Surf Club, a long running club operating out of Fraserburgh since 1975(?). They're are a core part of the surf scene here, hosting a ton of events and generally being the go-to club for junior surfers to train. They've got their own club house right at the esplanade.
Free parking right on the beach esplanade, so you don't have to walk to far to get to the lineup.

The is the main point break, that is caused by the harbour wall. Tends to get the most attention at this location, as the wave quality tends to be preferable to the many other spots along the beach.
Titled "The Point", but it seems there isn't really a common name chosen here - seems to just be commonly referred to as the point break, rather than any localised name.
