Cliff is a remote, usually uncrowded Atlantic beach break in a cliff backed bay on the Valtos/Uig side of Lewis. Free parking, with a relatively easy access to the beach for Lewis standards. Has an honesty box system if you're staying overnight.
Apparently it needs more swell than Eoropie and Dalmore but is still a consistent, friendly option when it has enough energy.
Seems that SurfLewis might also offer rentals for all over the island, so probably reach out to them if you're looking lessons / gear.
